Kirk Waldfogel is a seasoned entrepreneur, founder, and former CEO with over three decades of experience building, scaling, and successfully exiting profitable businesses across technology, professional services, and hospitality. Throughout his career, he has led companies generating $1M–$10M+ in revenue and teams ranging from 10 to over 300 employees, consistently strengthening operations, improving margins, and increasing long-term company value.

He is the founder and CEO of Model Match Software™, where he spent ten years growing a privately funded software company from startup to a multi-million-dollar operation. Under his leadership, the company achieved sustained profitability, earned national industry recognition, and delivered measurable performance gains for clients through disciplined systems and operational excellence.

In addition to technology, Kirk has founded and scaled multiple hospitality ventures and remains a founding partner in successful businesses in Dana Point, California, further strengthening his expertise in operational discipline, team leadership, and sustainable profitability in competitive markets.

Today, Kirk focuses on business consulting, partnering with founders and leadership teams to accelerate growth, increase profitability, and position businesses for scale or successful exit. His approach blends strategic insight with hands-on execution, rooted in real-world experience as an operator, not theory.

Complementing his professional work, Kirk is an instrument-rated pilot and longtime volunteer aviator, reflecting the discipline, focus, and commitment to service that define his leadership style. He and his wife have raised four adult children, all now pursuing their own professional and academic paths.
